Like angel wings sweeping through the air, that's the sound of another month - in fact, a whole 'nother year - going by - whoosh! Yep, it went, just like that...
What a month (and year), this has been too. Not a lot of art (or craft, either) has been done, but we did manage to celebrate Christmas and enjoy some holiday cheer with family and friends, in between various car and house issues, that cropped up (some of which dragged on - and on...), throughout December. Because houses and cars don't celebrate the holidays (or maybe they do - and they wanted presents, this year?), some things just couldn't be put off till later. C'est la vie! Party on through it all, anyway...
Hope all of you have been enjoying happy holidays! Did you bake or make anything fun? Despite all my high hopes for holiday crafting - making a couple of pans of fudge, some muffins,
helping the girls with their gingerbread house - I snipped a few snowflakes and angels, and that is about as crafty as I got, this year.
BUT, a new year is about to dawn. I love the start of a new year, when everything starts over fresh. A new year, a clean slate. Who knows what wonders may be possible? !
May this new year be a creative, prosperous, happy and healthy one for us all. Happy new year, everyone!
See you next year...
;-)
YES these years are really flying by. Whoosh!
I'm not crafty lately. Still have that great card you made me with phone book pages. So cool.
Happy New Year to you and yours Tinker.
Love and blessings always.

Hope all the issues are now behind you for a lovely craft filled arty year!
Those snowflakes look fun... I made sort of origami balls out of wrapping paper in a similar mode of low level Christmas crafting...
Happy New Year Tink
(and I've actually posted something to start it too!)

Whoosh is right! In the blink of the eye we'll be ringing in 2013 the way things rush by!
I love my angel snowflake and have used it in an art project. I'll show you soon.

Hello Tinker Belle,
Happy NEW year to you and your family!
20 Twelve? Really? How, I ask you did this happen? ;-)
Glad you got to make snowflakes and a ginger cake with the littles. SORRY your car and house want gifts too. How greedy of them!
Dec can be all consuming. There is always something trying to keep me from my puppet making though. I might start getting up early.
Hugs to you AND thanks for droop;ing by in the world of Blog!
