Remember the strange fruit in this post, and also in this one ?
They can be found in the historic Mission Inn district in downtown Riverside.
Congratulations, Cookie of the Desert - you guessed correctly!
We'll cover some of my favorite spots at the Mission Inn in some upcoming posts...
Aha!!!! I thought that courtyard looked familiar, but I couldn't place it.

Yo! This is a WAAAAY cool tour! I kept meaning to check this out and today I remembered! you are doing an awesome job Miss Terri Arrowhead...heh heh (hadda say it) A few posts back you were at the bookstore that had a cat! Welll...when I first moved to Charleston ..there was THE coolest bookstore downtown in an old building. It was dark with lots of stairs and interesting places to sit and read..and there was a resident cat! (Of course the bookstore lost out to Books a million and Barnes and Noble and is long gone..) Can you see a cat in Barnes and Noble? sipping on a Starbucks grande? I think not. THat is what progress does to the small town business. SIGHHhhhhh
