I came in here this morning to scan this journal page, an hour or two after K. had already left for work at oh-god-thirty this morning - with no idea how appropriate this page was - not knowing what I would find waiting here for me...The man has only had one day off in the past two weeks, and four of those days, were 12 hours long - while he's had this same cold too, no less! - all so maybe, maybe we can get ahead of the game just a little - and do you know what was sitting on the keyboard? I almost couldn't believe it - I had to open the blinds and look again, and again. Then I had to find the kleenex, and compose myself, so I could compose a post, because I seriously was not expecting anything today - not because he's not thoughtful, but just because of the way things have been going but* -
Here by the keyboard, was a box of chocolates and just the sort of mushy card I love, the kind that usually makes him roll his eyes, and so of course, it came with one of his signature dry punch lines written in it - but a mushy card, none the less.
I have no idea where he found the time, let alone the energy to do that, especially for such a crazy cuckoo as his wife.
My strong and silent man of steel, steals my heart again.
Wishing everyone the love they want, just the way they want it... If you're in the mood, here's a love song for you. Kinda sweet, but not too mushy...
Happy Valentine's Day~
*really seriously not expecting anything - that's why I'm so blown away, I can't stop adding to this post.
I am just feeling so blessed, so lucky today ~ hope everyone's so lucky today

Tink.. sometimes relationships become ho-hum... but times like this, you realize just how deep the love goes... ((hugs)) - I have decided to make my life more romantic & magickal... and even though i am married to the love of my life, I think we both deserve magick & romance in our daily lives... even if just a candle lit with that intention.
love you Tink !! xoxo

Good grief, Mz. Tink. You made me have tears and it's 6:30 in the morning. I don't want to be crying before the rooster even gets up. Your post was so very sweet. Couldja, wouldja, give your man a hug from me....for making you feel so loved?
